Today:In class today, we continued taking test and gathering information on our Chapter 9 project. Although it was typically due Sunday night, it really isn't due until Thursday, since that is the day we are presenting out projects. Some people in other classes were thinking that we had to do an actual powerpoint for this project, we don't. When we present, it will typically be like any other blog discussion day, informal and somewhat laid back. We still have to include pictures and the our five sources we used to receive all of the information used.The women that were involved in the clubs or groups mentioned in yesterday's blog, came together to form the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC). The GFWC included many different forms of groups. Examples of the groups would be reform clubs, alumnae clubs, health associations, mother’s clubs, and household economics groups. During this time, there were also other forms of groups similar to the GFWC.Pictures of GFWC:
