No assigned blog flast week due to thanksgiving (which was fun, i thought)So, we started out going over what we would be doing in the next couple of weeks before christmas vacation and the end of this class (which only lasts one semester)The canada test is coming up tomorrow and wednesday (yikes), and after thats over we are moving on to latin america and south america. we probably wont get to africa....anyways, there are only two assigned blogs left to do, and they are about some stuff going on in africa. So, after these announcments, drea, brie, and heather's group finally did their video presentation on overpopulation. brie's part was first with the causes of overpopulation (like the poor conditions in third world countries) next was heather's part with why its a problem (basically, we're killing the planet, like the plants and animals and whatnot)....she had lots of doom-filled statistics. drea's part was last with what we can do to help prevent it (family planning services, taking better care of the planet, so we can feed people, etc) it was a pretty cool video, with background music and cool (although depressing) music.Last, we went over canada....it was well-needed.
