Today we talked about the things we would need to know for semester test. We have to know the economic and political systems, political party views, causes and effects of global warming, cause and effects of overpopulation, impact of global warming, locate major countries, and know main events.Then Heather, Drea, and Bri did their video. They did overpopulation which is where there are too many people and not enough resources. Some of the causes are high birthrate because more women are fertile because of new medicines. Also the death rate is lower because of advances in medicine and things like that. They said we should be worried about this because just by being here we are destroying habitats looking for resources. Also there isn't enough food to feed everyone so people are dying of starvation.Mr. Bruns said we need to know these questions for the video tomorrow. Define overpopulation according to the video, and know the causes and effect of overpopulation.
