Today Mr. Bruns talked about our last two assigned blog posts, and that we would probably have our semester tests on tuesday and wednesday. My group has social changes in the 1920s. We also went over the rubric which I thought was really easy to get a good grade from.Austin also finished his presentation on the panama canal - it was alot of work and it was also hard, they had to take lots of dirt and land out. a lock is when they had little sections so the elevation could be around the same because the elevation from the atlantic and pacif ocean were not the same. one of the problems today is that the biggest ships could not fit it the canal. The government is planning on possibly making a third lock because some ships are too large to fit in the canal. ex. the S.S. Iowa is 32.8 meters wide and the canal is 33.4 meters wide.
