Today, in class, we got on the computers and did our blog discussions. Some were weird, like a couple getting kidnapped by a group of Somalian Pirates. They were British and were sailing around the world, and were capture 200 miles off the coast of Somalia. Another was about a man in puerto rico that was dismembered, burnt, and killed. Apparently he was killed because he was crossdressing at the time, and was going to have intimate relations with another man, who thought he was a woman. The rest, my friend, is history. Later, Mr. Bruns made us look up a picture of Sarah Palin in her running outfit, and he asked us if this being on the cover of Newsweek magazine was sexist. No one really knew what to tell him.The other video group didn't go today, giving them the entire weekend to work on it, which will end up a week and a half longer than us. It's pretty frustrating since we didn't know we were to have slides on our video.I did my daily reflective blog
