Today, in class, we got on the computers as others prepared to present on their topics. The first group did a POWERPOINT, and nearly lost my interest, Sure they had content, but if you can't get people to listen, how does anyone expect them to distribute information. Team Frostbite-1 interrogated Bruns about why we got a 'B' on a video that we worked hard on. "It's all about content, and you shoud've put SLIDES of info after each clip" (Hmmm, sounds a bit like a POWERPOINT, don't it? A few groups presented today, POWERPOINTS galore, as Bruns had always dreamed. We did our free choice web log discussions. Mine was about Obama's trip to Asia. I might not go today, there is only like 8 minutes left and we're on our second person.Tony then again does a story that's not very "current," doing the jazz about alcatraz(sp?). 5 minutes left, 3 people have gone/going. I am tired (couldnt get asleep til 3). WE DESERVED AN A!!! AHH. I guess we'll have to take the safe, and overall less entertaining road when it comes to presenting, as I kinda doubt we got points for creativity. Just content, as most teachers do. GAUL OUT.
