Describe the impact aid organizations had on our country.- The social movement was used to have people stop thinking about them self and think about the poor.- The YMCA was a christen organization. It was made to bring peace across the world.- The Salvation Army was another christen group because they wanted to help the poor and need.- The Selement house was made in London. This was a place were children came to help out people.- They then moved to Chicago.- You had to fend for your self.14. What is socialism? How was it started in the United States?- Socialism was when the government had complete control over all businesses.- Today there is not many socialist countries.I think that Aid Organizations was a good thing. It brought people together. I think that socialism was good because then the other businesses could not control the little businesses. They had to survive on there own.
