Today we started doing our projects. Mr. Bruns is talking bout how we could make our grades better. He also talked about the semester tests.Ok starting on chapter 5 section 1. Many indians knew very little about what was on the east of the missippi river. Two of the tribes were the Osage and the Iowa tribes. They planted and hunted for food. THe lived by the lower part of the missippi river. Horses made a big impacted on the tribes. They explored more to follow the food. THe men of the tribes were hunters or worriors. Children had to learn good behavior by stories that there mom would tell them. The settlers wanted gold and thats why they were moving west. The settlers tried to strike it rich by moving west and mining. THe idians were getting rally upset because they thought that the settlers were taking there land. It started huge fighting and rage. The cuture of the indians moved around to followed the food. Nature and spirts were important to them. The goverment.Chapter 5 section 2.
