On November 17th Belarus police found the body of former Olympic sprinter Yulia Balykina, who had been missing since October 28th. They found her body in the Woodlands near the capital, Minsk. They found her wrapped in plastic wrap and covered with moss. They identified a suspect as Dmitry V. and was placed into custody on suspicion of murder. The two shared an apartment and relationship in the past. They also said a male acquaintance had confessed to murder, but he couldn't remember where he had hid the body.
