A man named Charles Ross also known as RossCreations on YouTube was arrested on April 1st, filiming an April Fools Video. He thought that his prank was going to be all fun and games until the women called the actual Police on him. In Ross's prank he dressed up as a an Officer he had the full uniform including a baton, he went up to a women and her two children and tried giving her a ticket for her parking. When she then realized she did nothing wrong she told him that she was going to call the police and he allegedly got verbal with her, which resulted in him getting in his car and driving off. He is known for being in trouble with the law before, he has gave people wedgies without even knowing them, kissed random women on the beach while they slept, and he has jumped on top of a police car in only his underwear. Once he was arrested this most recent time he was held on a $10,000 bond. There is a chance that he could be charged for several crimes, one of which would be "Impersonating an Officer", which is a felony.

If you were this women would you have called the police on Charles Ross? Why or why not?

If I was this women and realized I did nothing wrong I would probably call the local Police because I wouldn't want someone else to have to deal with his crap.

Do you think he should serve time in jail for what he was done? Why or why not?

I think he should serve at least 2 years, because then he might learn that its not okay to being doing what he is doing because some people don't have that much of a sense of humour.

  • Good topic! I do think your summary could have been written better. Also, you could ave commented more frequently.

  • I would have called the cops because it is against the law to impersonate on officer. He kinda was harrassing her also because she had done nothing wrong. Yes, I beliee he should spend some time behind bars.

  • I woudlent I would have said that I parked fine and legaly ands said im not taking that ticket and walked away

I mean it has said hes been in trouble with the police for earlier crimes and inpersinating a police officer is a serious crime so I think he shoudl for all the crimes he has committed.

  • Personally I do not think I would call the police on Charel Ross. I just take the joke and go on with my day but I can see that some people may get really upset at Charles. All and all it pry a good thing that he was arrested, from the looks of it this man should be in jail.

  • It depends on how he was acting, if it seemed like a joke I might have laughed along and went along with my day, but if it was someone who was actually trying to scam me and get my money I would have called the police. I think he probably should, he needs to figure out that some things are to far, and maybe grow up.

  • If I was in the same situation as this woman and found out that I did nothing wrong, I would most likely call the real cops. I don't find it funny if you can actually get in trouble with the law. Charles should co to jail, but I don't know for how long.  Being there would have him think about what he did.

    • I agree I think it would just be best to call the real police and have them deal with him instead because then he would actually get into trouble for something he is doing to people. I also agree I think having him go to jail would be the best thing because then maybe he won't do it again.

    • I disagree, just because you watch someones videos doesn't mean you shouldn't call the police. Because what if he wasn't doing it as a prank or other people don't know that so then they get mad and call the police. I also agree with the fact that he should serve at least 2 or more years for all the past crimes he has committed.

  • If I was this woman and relized I did nothing wrong then I would call the police because I don't want this creepy man that is not even a police officer trying to give me a ticket. I think for the things he did then yes, maybe about 2-3 years but if you think about it all youtubers do this kind of stuff because they just want the likes and subscribers or views or whatever it is.

    • I agree if some random guy in a fake police uniform was to come up to me and give me a fake ticket and it none of it seemed legit I would call the actual police and let them know that someone was out and about saying that they were the police giving actual tickets.
