Imagine having a fully paid internship to taste test candy for eight to twelve weeks. In Chicago, Mars Wrigley announced they are going to offer an internship to a certain candy lover willing to test new candy flavors. The winning canidate will also be in charge of organizing public activities for the company, creating their own chewing gum flavor, visiting other Wrigley facilities across the country, and sharing their experience on social media. Wrigley is looking for an intern who is at least 21 years old, and who isn't afraid to walk up to someone's house on Halloween to ring their doorbell. They would also like them to have passion for Chicago, and be able to keep a potted peppermint plant alive for a minimum of eight weeks.
Would you take the job to become a candy taste tester?
I would the job in a heart beat. Taste testing candy with full pay for eight to twelve weeks sounds like a blast. I would also like the idea of getting to opportunity to make my own gum flavor.
If you got the internship, what kind of gum flavor would you like to produce?
If I got the internship, I would create a fruit punch type gum flavor, or a sour cherry or apple. I would also want the flavor to last for a couple of hours instead of wearing away in ten minutes.

Keck ya I would become a taste tester in a heart beat i love food and candy especially and if i can get paid to eat food then i found my dream job. I would make a buffalo wing flavored gum but that might not be so good.

I think this is a very good and easy opportunity for someone. Your getting paid to eat candy. I think it is crazy all of the different types of gum the people would come up with. It make such more of a variety.
I would love to take a job as a candy tast tester although, i feel like i would be too good at the job and add a little more then i need. If i were able to come up with a flavor of gum i would make a biscuit and gravy flavor.
I think this job would be supper easy. What person wouldnt love this job? Its easy money. anyways i think this would open the door to many new flavors, but i dont know personally if i would eat the biscuit and gravy one. Im sure others would be interested though.
Yes, that is like asking to be a mattress tester. That is a great way to make money with minimal labor. However, you would probably need to keep a closer eye on your weight. I always wondered what it would be like to have chocalate flavored gum but I'm still curious about it.
I agree this job would be great considering there is minimal labor. I do think you would have to keep an eye on your weight because eating candy may start weight gain. I would like to purchase a chocolate flavor gum.
I totally agree with you Blake. Tasting gum for eight to twelve weeks sounds like a very easy job and also a very fun job. Especially if you are going to get paid for doing it. Kinda like you I would create a mixed berry flavor that would last a long time.
I would take this job because you would get paid just to try candy. If I got the internship, I would want the flavor apple or banana. I also would like it to last for a day or two.
