Imagine having a fully paid internship to taste test candy for eight to twelve weeks. In Chicago, Mars Wrigley announced they are going to offer an internship to a certain candy lover willing to test new candy flavors. The winning canidate will also be in charge of organizing public activities for the company, creating their own chewing gum flavor, visiting other Wrigley facilities across the country, and sharing their experience on social media. Wrigley is looking for an intern who is at least 21 years old, and who isn't afraid to walk up to someone's house on Halloween to ring their doorbell. They would also like them to have passion for Chicago, and be able to keep a potted peppermint plant alive for a minimum of eight weeks.
Would you take the job to become a candy taste tester?
I would the job in a heart beat. Taste testing candy with full pay for eight to twelve weeks sounds like a blast. I would also like the idea of getting to opportunity to make my own gum flavor.
If you got the internship, what kind of gum flavor would you like to produce?
If I got the internship, I would create a fruit punch type gum flavor, or a sour cherry or apple. I would also want the flavor to last for a couple of hours instead of wearing away in ten minutes.

I would do it for the experience, and of course for the candy. I love Chicago it's like my second home, so I would take this internship without a doubt. If I were to make a gum flavor it would probably taste like a soy french vanilla latte flavor, or like a taco flavored gum.
1) I would never say yes faster. I think that this would be a great job oppertunity and I think that it would probably be pretty easy and fun to do. I think that these types of jobs should be opened up to more people so they can get jobs.
2) I would do a french toast flavored gum that also lasted longer than a few minutes. I think that this would be my type of jobe becasue I enjoy creating things and I think that this jobe would allow me to express myself.
I love candy, but honestly I wouldn't take the job. I feel like eating all that candy would make me sick. And honestly, it's not the healthy for you either. If I were to get the internship I would want to make a new gum flavor, I would just like to keep the gum flavor to last longer.
I think that taste testing candy for the company of Wrigleys would be an awesome place to intership for eight to twelve weeks for many reasons. For me it would be fun to try something new that i could enjoy. One thing i wouldnt like about the internship is having to be in Chicago for eight to twelve weeks.
One must of a gum flavor is its ability to last long so i would want it to last a long time with good flavor. I would probally want to make a bold or rich tasting mint flavor for consumers to buy. Another flavor idea could possibly be a good tasting pineapple flavor that tasts just like the fruit for hours.
I think this internship would be something super fun to do because it is different. I would like to live in Chicago because the only time I have been there is in their airport. I think I would love a pineapple flavor of gum because that is one of my favorite fruits.
I would not take the job, because I am already fat enough the way it is and I wouldn't want my job to consist of just eating candy and working with candy. I do think it sounds cool to make your own gum flavor though. If I were to get the job I would make a rootbeer flavor or like a green apple flavor.
No I would not take the job to become a candy taste tester. I do not like the taste of some candies. If I got an internship I would try to produce snicker flavored gum, pepsi, mountain dew, and skittles flavored gum. I know it sounds nasty but I would want to know how it tastes.
I would most definitely take the job as a candy taste tester. It sounds like a really fun job to have, especially since I love candy. The fact of making my own gum and taking care of a peppermint plant also seems like it would be fun. I would create either a fruity flavor that kinda has a Capri Sun type of taste or I would make a flavor changing gum so that you could switch it up. Both would last a long time too.
I would love the fact of making my own gum flavor considering I am a daily gum chewer. I think taking care of the peppermint plant would be super fun because I could get gum whenever I would want to chew it. I would like a Capri Sun flavor.
