Would you like to fly 4 hours facing someone accross from you or looking at the back of the seat?

The company Design Q has come up with a new aircraft seating arrangement. Instead of facing the back of the seat in front of you the company thinks you should face the person accross from you. This also makes the cabin smaller. What do you think. If i have to sit accross from my brother on a flight to whereever i would not do it. But if i had to sit accross from one of my friends from school then i would love it.

guess it doesnt really matter. whatever works. it would be kinda funny to take pictures of the guy across from you drooling ans sleeping if you get bored, but it may be awkward when theyre doing that to yul hha

i wouldnt like having someone staring at me the whole plane ride that i dont know. What if they were a sex offendder??? that would be so creepy!!!! I say back of the seat...

Well most of the time people sleep on the plane anyway, so i dont think it would be that big of a problem. It's not like you'd be staring at each other for four hours. But, i guess if i had to choose, i'd pick to look at the back of the seat.

I might like it if i knew the person i was facing. But, it also could be very awkward if you didn't know the person and annoying.

I think I would rather face the back of the seat, unless it was your family or group you were traveling with. Maybe they should make half the plane like that and half of it regular.

I think it would be kind of fun to stare at a complete stranger for an entire flight

Well, you really wouldnt have to look at them the whole time. There may be some awkward moments when you catch them looking at you.. but. not a bad idea.
