On Thursday March 17th, a construction worker was working on the 53rd floor of Downtown Los Angeles building. He landed on a moving car in the middle of the street. The worker was on his second day of the job working on the unfinished Wilshire Grand Center, Authorities said. The woman who was driving the car the man landed on was hospitalized.
The construction company the man had worked for told authorities that the man was not doing anything work related at the time of the accident. The 73 story building the man fell from is scheduled to be open next year.
1. If you were one of the worker how would you feel knowing that someone you worked with has died?
2. If you were the company's manager what would you do to help the family?

I would feel scared for my life because if it happened to one person it could very easily happen to me. If I were the company manager I would send my condolences and offer to help pay for the funeral expenses.
I feel so sad and wonder if I did anything to make him jump, if this was a suicide attempt, which I kind of do. If I was the manager, I would try to comfort the family as much as I could.
i would surely hope this was not a suicide attempt
I would be sad, if he was a closer friend then I would be even more upset. If I was the manager I would try and help in every way I could.
I would feel bad
I would give them a couple thousand for there troubles
I would be sad and especially if he was close friend I don't know what I would do. If I was the company manager I would do anything to help the family of both victims.
I would be shocked and scared.. but also sad about it. I would help them out any way I can because he was working for me and the best thing I can do is help them out. Also just be there for the family and tell him he was great at his job and try to help them not hate you and think it was your fault.
I would be really shocked and sad. I definitely would offer them help and support when they are going throw a hard time like that.
I would be very sad and very scared if someone I worked with, died. I would be a little hesitant going back to work the next day. But if he wasn't doing anything work related, the other workers shouldn't be too worried as long as they do their job.
