An actress is suing Amazon.com for more than $1 million for revealing her age on its Internet Movie Database website and not taking it off when asked to.Do you think she is over reacting? i know i wouldnt sue someone for puting my age on a website,but maybe she is insecure?

She is overreacting just a bit by sueing them. Yes they should have taking it off but you dont have to go to the extreme. Its your age who cares. And yes they shouldnt have even put it on in the first place. It goes both ways.
She's kind of smart but then again its a little over the top.
Insecure much? I know i wouldn't sue for something that stupid. But it was messed up how they didn't take it off even after she asked them to.
why do they need to know your age when you can look at when your date of birth is and then do the math. Aparently they can not do the math to find their age and why would you even give them your name?
Either this woman is overreacting or amazon did something more than that wrong! That's what i would think.
When it comes to internet security, there are really only two different ages: over 18 and under 18. If this woman was in a movie cast, she's more than likely older than 18, likely by quite a margin. If this is the case the woman was simply insecure about her age (like it even matters) because she likely thinks she is old. Famous people seem to find any possible way to sue people and to make themselves seem like the "perfect person." Which is impossible might I add.
Message to the woman: You aren't going to be the same forever.
I think that unless she goes around telling people about her age on Amazon, then nobody that she knows would know about it. I dont mind telling people my age except for some reason it might be different with girls.
no she probly is old and she dont want people to know how old she is, like it could be embarising for her having the whole world know how old she was.
I think she is over reacting a little bit. It's not that big of a deal if people know your age. Maybe she just wanted some money. haha
i guess she has her rights to keep her age a secret but yes i think it is a over reacting a little!! They should of taken it off when she asked them too!
