On Wednesday a contractor that was working on the property found the body of Pia Farrenkopf. Tests were done but she had most likely been there for 6 years, so there was no blood or tissue. There is nothing found on her about how she died or why. I'm just thinking why no one went to look for her if she had went missing.

Wouldn't you try and find her? Would you try to do more if your friend or family member went missing for six years?

  • We really don't know what the family did to find this woman. Maybe they put a lot of effort into it.

  • yes i would try to find her but maybe they gave up or something. or the family knew she had died.

    • Maybe, but that doesn't explain why she was found dead in a car.

  • I would probably look for who ever it was until I found them

  • If it was a friend or family member of mine I'd definitely search for them. I can't see why you wouldn't search for them.

  • I think that her family knew she died but didn't want to have a real funeral to keep it out of the spotlight, or they absolutely hated her and just threw her in some hole. If she did go missing though, I am surprised no one reported it.

    • Well the article didn't say much about how she went missing or if anyone really searched for her, but maybe you're right.

  • Yes i would try to find her especially if she was missing for six years unless maybe the person that killed her was a someone who knew her and told everyone she left but who knows. I would definitely do more if my family member was missing for six years.

    • I would try to find her too, I think maybe they should have looked a little more or asked around if they did at all.
