A girl threw a ball at a woman's face and the lady held her out of the window to teach her a lesson and she dropped her from the three story window when the child scratched her. the child hit the cement. the child is now recovering from a skull fracture and some other injuries. Any thoughts?

That is cruel and unusual punishment. why would you hang a girl out of the window because she threw a ball at her? I don't see the motivation for that. What the lady did was stupid and i hope she pays for it.
Oh my goodness! I'm just surprised the kid is still alive! I believe that she can be charged for an attempt at murder! I can't believe someone would do that?! Anger issues much?
That is very cruel the girl probably didnt even mean it when she threw the ball, and being held out a three story window with cement below. Thats not a punishment its abuse.

That's ridiculous! You don't hang someone out a window to teach them a lesson. There are so many other, more effective, less painful ways to tell someone that they shouldn't throw a ball in your face. Come on people.
