i read lots of articles on chinese website,and i found there exist different opinion.Someone thought that's right,maybe syria really use chemical weapons while the others think we need do research,we need proof,if they do,we still need to make sure who use that

I think we already have enough proof, but we are still debating it because we don't have permission from the UN to do what the US is thinking about doing. Obama went to congress yesterday and a lot of people approved the action we should take on Syria. He doesn't need the congress, however, to make a strike against Syria. He can wage a 60-90 day strike on them without the permission of congress.
