Fortnite started on July 21, 2017, by a company called Epic Games. It is a survival game where you fight other people to get number one. Also known as a victory royale. People liked Fortnite because it was free and easy. In 2020, 350 million people played Fortnite every day. However, around the end of 2020, the game was slowly losing popularity because there were fewer updates.
Many people have been playing Fortnite again because it is back to its original map. Players have been getting back on the game because it was the map they used to play and know. They like the nostalgia that comes with playing the OG map. They also like playing with their friends again and winning as a team. Therefore, Fortnite has gotten very popular in the past week because of the update with the OG map.

I have personally played Fortnite once since it came out with the OG map. I personally think Fortnite is okay, but it's not my favorite game to play. I think Fortnite is so popular because it is very nostalgic for older people who played it when they were younger by bring back the old map.
I play like to play Fortnite again now that the old map is back. I used to play alot when it was very popular. I also like to play with my friends again on the OG map. I think this was smart of Fortnite to bring back the map because many people who used to play are playing more again.
I haven't but my siblings have, they are obsessed with playing Fortnite with their friends. I think Fortnite is alright, it seems fun. But I've only played like twice. I do think it takes up too much time, and that's a bad thing, it makes my brother procrastinate.
I think that it was an amazing marketing and business decision for Epic Games to rerelease the "OG map" in Fortnite. It made people really excited for the game again, and reminded people of the fun they used to have while playing the game.

I have always played Fortnite whether its been the OG map or the old one and I usually enjoy playing it but have really enjoyed it since the OG map came back it more simpler and harder to find good loot. I have also played with all my friends on the game again like we used to.

I have played Fortnite recently because of the OG map. I think that bringing the OG map back was they best decision that Fortnite has made. I think that Fortnite with the OG map is a very good game but once they take it out I don't think it will be as good.
I've played it a couple times, I joined towards the beginning of the second season of the second chapter so I never origanally played the OG map. I do see why people play it but I don't know how to feel about its player base, which is mostly kids.
