Who Wants to Smoke?

In Russia, they are trying to get people to drink and smoke MORE. And they want this because they call it, 'supporting the country' you can support your country by drinking and smoking. And not only that, but this is after they wanted to improve the lives and life-expectancy of the Russian people.

 

Why in the world would you encourage that?
