It seemed like a deal too good to be true.For sale in sunkissed rural Italy for the princely sum of just one euro, or little over a dollar.However the house was in ruins. Most of the deals do require purchasers to commit to investing in renovations something which Guihot and her husband have wasted no time in getting underway.I feel like this is a fair price for a house in ruins because you can barely live in it before it collapses or something.
