As some sports fans may know Brian Flores is suing the NFL for racial discrimination. Brian Flores was the Former Miami Dolphins head coach. He was fired from Miami after he lead the team to a 25-24 losing record over the past three years. After he was fired he came out and stated "In making the decision to file the class action complaint today, I understand that I may be risking coaching the game that I love and that has done so much for my family and me. My sincere hope is that by standing up against systemic racism in the NFL, others will join me to ensure that positive change is made for generations to come." This sparked other coaches and players in the NFL to come out and say that they were racially discriminated against. On the other hand, the Miami Dolphins organization is denying any racist allegations against them. In a statement given to the NFL the Dolphin's organization states, "We vehemently deny any allegations of racial discrimination and are proud of the diversity and inclusion throughout our organization. The implication that we acted in a manner inconsistent with the integrity of the game is incorrect. We will be withholding further comment on the lawsuit at this time." As you can see the Maimi Dolphins organization is denying all cases of racism within their football program.
Do you think that Brian Flores is in the right for suing the NFL?
How would you go about this situation if you were in Brian's shoes?

Good topic choice Ben! I do think your summary could be a bit longer. Be sure to add your thoughts within your summary next time. Also, be sure to comment on three different days.
I will get staright to the point, he's soft. If it wasn't for his skin color he would not be making a big deal. He has to understand that its a job not anything else. They fired him beacuse he staight up sucked and he dosen'nt want to admit it.
Overall I think Brain Flores does not have enough backing and evidence to win in a trial. I think it was a bad move to sue the NFL becuase their is no proof that he was fired due to his race. I think overall there are better coaches that would be better in that spot, and as the NFL that is the choice they have to make.
I do not think that Brian Flores has the right to sue the NFL. There needs to be more proof and evidence that he was fired souly because of his race. Rather than the simple fact that he was not doing his job to the level that the Dolphins organization expected him to.
I don't think Brian Flores is in the right for suing the NFL since there really is no point in him doing that as he was fired for good reason. Such as the Dolphins have a losing record since he became the coach. I do understand rebuilding a team can take time but they have good reason to fire him.
I think that he shouldn't have sued the NFL as it will be very hard to win and there were plenty of reasons for firing him. Such as his losing record which after three years you should start to get the team on the right track but this year they were the same old dolphins.
I personally do not understand how his reasoning makes sense to sue the NFL. I feel like there needs to be way more proof of racial discrimination beforehand. Brian Flores wasn't fired because he was colored, but because of his lacking team's record. I think if I were in his shoes I would first find actual evidence of discrimination before acting out.
I totally agree. He was fired because of his lack of skills to coach a team. After having a losing record in the past three seasons it was time for the Dolphins to move on.
I don't see the reason to sue the NFL when there is no proof that he was racially discriminated agains right now. He was fired because of their record, not because of his race. I do understand that racism exists, but there is no proof of it happening in this situation.
I think he has every right to sue the NFL, but I don't think it racial discrimination is the right reason he was fired at all. If I was in his shoe, I probably wouldn't have tried to fight with a lawsuit because I would just try to move on to bigger and better things.
