people of the Carolina panthers say newtons a bust. it is believed that many people want to say i told you so, but having one of the best rookies years that any athlete at position can ever have they cant bring them selves to do so. warren moon a great NFL hall of famer defends him and says to much of the teams blames are being placed on him its his second year in the NFL. he has been getting criticized in a racial way. he has been compared to all of the black african American athletes. they are comparing him to Vince young for his moping on the side lines when if your team was going under then you would be a little upset.

Well at least someone has the decency to stand up for him, i mean he deserves it, he hasn't been in the league for very long, he is very young, and I believe he will have a very bright future.
yea i agree cam newton is a great athlete. All he needs is the time and a team that's built around his playing style. look at Tim Tebow he was a run first past second kind of QB, and now that has come to bite him in the butt for the fact that not many teams have that kinda playing style. last time i can remember that every being rely affective is the mike Vick era in Atlanta just give the team time and let them build around there young qb and if all else fails do not blame the team blame the gm.
