In recent news the Voyager 1 spacecraft is finally leaving the solar system after 35 years. So far about 11 billion miles away from earth, it would take 17 hours by traveling at the speed of light to reach. It will be the first manmade object to leave the solar system.
I think that this could be another grate steep for mankind.

It's cool how they have something that can travel so far through the galaxy. They can find out lots of things through the galaxy that we may not know about.
This is interesting i cant really imagine some of the things this might discover wich could change life as we know it.
pretty fascinating... i believe the voyager can help us find out whats out there and what we can possibly colonize in the later years.
That's crazy how far it's traveled. I can't imagine what it will discover once it leaves the solar system.
this is kind of cool, but then i don't really understand it.
This is pretty sweet that they made this hopefully it will be able to benefit us in many ways.
This could eventually arrive at that planet they found that could support life. Maybe they'll find out about a new planet that they couldn't see before or something else interesting.
Wow! That's incredible, when I found out that NASA wouldn't be doing as many rocket launchings I thought that we had finaly figureed everything out in space! but now I know that there is way more oout there!
I think that this is awesome and i also think that it is a huge break through in space technology.
I think this is incredible. I wish we had these kind of milestones more often. I hope It gives us more information about things outside of our solar system
