A business jet crashed into a hangar at the Santa Monica Airport on Sunday. No one survived the crash and subsequent fire, but authorities did not immediately determine how many were on board. The twin-engine Cessna Citation ran off the right side of the runway after landing at 6:20 p.m. Pacific Time, said Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Ian Gregor. What do you think about the crash?

This is a difficult topic to say much about. Again, be sure to include link to the story.
This seems like a pilot error. The pilot must have drifted to the right, and he didn't take some form of action at the time. If the people on board were warned, the number of deaths could've been reduced by a lot.
They seem to believe the tire had burst so who knows how the pilot reacted to that. They don't know whether it was on take off or landing. They say that it was an unsurvivable crash and when they got there the whole plane was involved in the crash and was in flames. The amount of people could have ranged from 1 to 9 or 10 http://www.cnn.com/2013/09/29/us/california-plane-crash/index.html?... this is the video.
