Babies in the US Have a higher rate of dying in the first month of life than babies in 40 other country's. What do you think? Why?

Is there an article maybe?? Interesting fact though, because we have medicines and technology that some of the countries don't have. Maybe because people are drinking while pregnant or doing things that are the best choices.
