The wildfire's in California are causing great problems. The heat of the wildfires are damaging the environment around them. Of course we already knew this. Something new is showing up. The soil is being permantly damaged and burnt to a crisp where the fires are approaching. It's turning black and crumbles when you touch it. It isn't stable enough to built houses on or anything for when the fires are over.

The economy is also being damaged. All of the people that are losing their house to the wildfires are losing money and that damages the economy. There has been a sudden issue with this occurrence. There is getting to be less and less money circulating through the state of California because of all the money they are losing to the wildfires.

1. What is one way they could get more money to circulate through California's economy?

They could ask for donations or any help they can get towards the disaster.

2. Do you believe they could do something about the destroyed soil?

I think that they could probably import soil from somewhere else so they are able to expand their state after all of these fires are over.

  • Good job overall! Be sure to reply on three idfferent days. Also, be sure to use the hyperlink option so the long url doesn't show.

  • 1.) They could do donations and create like cherities and more thing to help get more money over to help with the damage being done by the fires. 2.) I think we could do something about the soil because of how advanced our tec is now and how advanced it could become.

  • I know that many organizations are already donating money, food, and supplies to Californian citizens who have lost their homes and lifestyle. I think that California should start putting the majority of their money toward the wildfire damage and maybe borrow some from other parts of the country. I think everyone would be glad to help. The destroyed soil seems a little hopeless, it will take a lot of nuture to get it back to where it was before.

  • There are many rich people that live in California that could easily help out a little bit and it wouldn't even affect them. Maybe importing soil could work, but I think it is more about just letting the soil regenerate itself.

  • Uh... doesn't dirt already crumble when you touch it? Joking, joking, I wont be one of those people. It's really sad hearing about the California wild fires. Sometimes it just doesnt fully click to people whats going on. Real people are loosing their homes. Their belongings. Jobs. Money. It's all just burnt to a crisp. Whats worse is that there isnt anything we can do about it than to just wait and hope that the fire department can get it under control.

  • I don't think they would be able to do anything with the soil. If you touch it, it crumbles. There isn't much you could do besides move and build on land that wasn't effected by all of these fires. But that woul be really hard to do considering that most of California was effected by these wildfires. Other states could raise money and send it to California or donate certain items and send them all over California.

  • to raise money they could have donations all over the country to help pay for damage and help to get buildings replaced

  • Encourage people to buy things made in California to help boost the states income. I dont think there is much you can do except wait for it all to get clened up naturally over time.

  • I think that increasing tourism would be beneficial for California's economy. It is important that they recieve mroe help from the government first to help with the disasters. I think that the soil may be helped by composting but I'm not really sure how it works.

    • I guess I have never thought about how tourism could take a role in bringing California's economy into wealth again. That's a fantastic idea. Surely they could bring in a ton of money off of tourism alone.
