A Boston mother and her daughter were walking near an East Boston train station. They were speaking Spanish when two white women thought they were being made fun of. Vasque, 46, and her 15-year-old daughter were attacked. Jenny Leigh Ennamorati and Stephanie Armstrong, both 25, were the ones who attacked. If I had a chance to, I would try to escape and call the cops immediately.

Yes. They didn't know for sure that they were talking about them; they still continued to violate constitutional rights by violence.

Your summary is a tad brief overall and you should have replied quite a few more times.
I would try to alert people near me, try to get someone to help, or try and call the cops. Yes I do think they should be charged. What they did is considered assault so they could definetely be charged and should be charged.
I would possibly try and break it up or I would call the cops as soon as possible. Yes, they should still be charged because this is America and everyone has there own freedom to speak any language they want because it is part of there culture and you cant change someone's culture.
I would scream to alert nearby people, I would also do my best to protect my head and other vital organs to minimize my injuries. Do I think that 2 adult females so should be charged for attacking and beating an innocent mom and daughter. Yes they should be charged at minimum a large fine, but I think they should serve some time. Humans have no right or way to confirm superiority to each other, let alone violently attack someone based on their opinions.
I would help her any try to beat them up, or yell and get someone to come help me get them to stop attacking her. or call the cop but i would be there for her and not let her get hurt. no you have the fredom of speach and there is no need to beat the up cause its not right to talk about them but they did not need to beat them up.
I don't really feel like I'd be able to plan what I'd do if I was attacked. As ideal as that would be, it's unrealistic for my thought process. It would all depend on the circumstances. I also beleive that Jenny and Stephanie should be charged. Even of they were talking about them, that doesn't give them the right to attack. Let's face it, people probably have made fun of them in English, yet I bet they didn't attack them. Usually I try to assume the best of people, but this really does seem like it was racism. I say this because of the fact that when they were attacking they were screaming, "This is America, speak English!".
I would fight back to protect my daughter from being injured and try and escape from being hurt in the process and call the cops after escaping. I do think they should be charged because it was not the right thing to do they should have just let them be because it is a free country to speak any language.
I would be confused at why they were hurting me and be really mad at them for being so racist and judgemental. The cops would be contacted right after they attacked me. I think that they should definitely be charged for harming other people for speaking their native language. There was no problem with what Vasque and her 15-year-old daughter were doing.
Well if I was the mother or daughter getting attacked I would avoid the situation as much as possible. If a women does not feel safe walking down the street she should definetly conceal and carry a gun or pepper spray. And Jenny and Stephanie should be charged with assult and battery and probably more. There should be no chance that they get out of it without jail time.
If I were the mother or daughter getting attacked I would try to escape and call the cops and maybe try to fight back as well. Jenny and Stephanie should be charged because they attacked a mother and daughter basically for no reason at all it's just not right. The mother and daughter were just speaking spanish that's all and Stephanie and Jenny shouldn't be so paranoid lol.
