Two teenage girls in West Virginia are suspected of killing their once best friend. They killed her because they didn't want to be friends with her anymore. One of them is going to be tried as an adult and could get up to 40 years of her life in prison. I wonder what would make someone want to kill their once best friend? What are your thoughts about this?

Why would anyone would do this to their friend. did they just think lets kill our friend because we don't like her any more. what is wrong with people
Maybe because they were out to get her in the end, it's full of possibility's
That is awfully weird because if they just didn't want to be friends with her, than they could have just told her that, i figure that there was either a different and more intense reason behind why they did it or they just did not kill her.
This is ridiculous, if people did that in our school we might have 50 students just because you don't want to be friend doesn't mean kill her. These kids must need some help or something unless they were hired by terrorist, or the government because she knew to much.
Seriously? You're not just friends with someone or not. This situation is just really pointless and brings unneeded sadness and anger to the world.
I never have understood the point of killing like this. There are only a few situations where killing should even be vaguely considered, and all but one of those are life-or-death (the other one is when someone can't actually live, like someone who is in a coma that they will never come out of, and that's still the family's choice). No matter what this person did, if it was bad enough to make two people kill her, it was probably enough for a life sentence, which would've been a better punishment.
I think that is weird. If they didn't want to be friends anymore then why didn't they just stop talking to her? There was no reason for killing her for not wanting to be her friend.
That's a little...creepy. They could have just said they didn't want to be friends anymore. I'm guessing their was more of a reason than that they just didn't want to be her friend anymore.
Maybe it was for revenge, like if they did something to hurt another.
