Two sisters were kicked off a flight while they were on their way to see their dying dad. Hartman was one the of the sisters. She had just gotten a text that her dad only had a few hours left and she wanted to go comfort her sister. The flight attendant told her that she needed to return to her seat. Hartman tried telling her that she was trying to go comfort her sister. The flight attendant then called the captain and they turned the plane around and the airport security escorted them off. The two sisters didn't make it home in time to see their father before he passed. Hartman says that the attendant was what came between her and her father in his last moments and she blames her.

Do you think that what the attendant did was right or wrong? Why?

I think that was the attendant did was wrong in so many different ways. She wouldn't let two sisters comfort each other in their time of need.
I think that the attendant should get in trouble for what she did. The sisters weren't causing any harm or doing anything wrong. They simply just wanted to be together.

I do think that what the attendant did was wrong. She should have let the lady go see her sister she should have put herself in the girls shoes she would have been devastated if it was her. Yes, the sisters were trying to comfort each other she was just being evil because she had the right to be because she has more power because its her job. She should be punished.
The political side of me doesn't blame this lady attendant because with all of the terrorist attacks on planes, you never know, this girl could have been one. Although, the humane side of me feels sad about the girl because she knew who she was and knew she wasn't going to hurt anyone. No, I don't think she should be punished for what she did, this attendant was just doing her job and trying to keep everyone, including the two sisters safe on the plane.
That is a very good point. I would have been scared if I was the flight attendant and I didn't know what was going on. I just hope in the future the flight attendant knows that she needs to get a better understanding of the story before she makes them turn the plane around.
I think the attendant was being a little to harsh. She wanted to talk to her sister. The attendant could have just made her go back and sit down. Instead of turning the plane completely around making the other people late to wherever they were heading. I think it was good that the attendant was trying got keep the girl safe and all but i don't think she should have kicked the girls of the plane that they payed for.
I think what the flight attendant did was not right but she was also doing her job. I dont think they needed to turn the plane around to go back to the airport because she was only going to help her sister. The flight attendant needed to ask a little more questions and ask the person sitting next to her sister to see if they could move seats. I don't think the flight attendant should get into trouble for doing her job. But there is a nicer way about going at this kind of situation.
Turning the plane around was such and unneeded thing for them to do. I don't think that she should get in a lot of trouble I just hope she knows that what she did was wrong.
In my opinion, the flight attendant should have been more considerate towards the woman. However, if they were in an emergency situation I would completely understand, but of course they were not. If the woman told the worker her situation I can not see why she would not let her mourn with her sister.
I think that Hartman should have explained to her a little bit better what was going on instead of just demanding to sit by her sister. The attendant made it more of a deal then it needed to be by making them turn the plane around.
I also think that what the flight attendant did was wrong she did not have to kick them off of the plane when they were doing nothing wrong they just wanted to be together. I think that she should be punished as well because she took something that didn't have to be that big of a deal made it into a big deal, by making the pilot land the plane around and make the girls get off of the plane when they did nothing wrong all they want to do was to simply just sit by each other and be there for each other when they found out the horrible news about there dad who is about to pass away. If i were the girls I would also blame the flight attendant as well.
