On Sunday, May 9th, 2021, Tristyn Bailey was reported missing, and later found dead in the woods. 13 year old, Tristyn Bailey lived a normal, and happy life, being apart of the cheerleading squad, with loving parents. Tristyn left her house pre-hours around 1:15 a.m. on Sunday May 9th, and by 10 a.m. she was reported missing. On Sunday afternoon, 12 hours after her last sight, St. Johns County Sheriff's Office sent out a notice on social media saying that, Tristyn was missing, telling people to keep an eye out for her. Later that evening, Tristyn was found in a wooded area near a retention pond.
Monday, May 10th, Aiden Fucci was arrested for the murder of, Tristyn Bailey. Classmates reported Tristyn and Aiden being close friends, and living in the same neighborhood. Tristyn was cause of death was sharp force tramua by stabbing, however the weapon used hasn't been found. The state attorney's office confirmed Tristyn was stabbed more than once. The arrest report says that the deputies were able to get ahold of a security video that showed the two teens wakling on east Saddlestone Drive around 1:45 a.m. Then later showing just Aiden walking west around 3:27 a.m., and when later searching Fucci's home officers found clothes that tested postive with the presence of blood. Sheriff's also said Tristyn had been found with her clothes on and there was no indication that she had been sexually assaulted, despite rumors saying she had been.
Aiden Fucci was charged with 2nd degree murder, and is only facing 7 years. Fucci also posted on his snapchat "Hey guys has inybody seen Tristyn lately" while in the back of a squad car. Fucci appeared in court on Tuesday morning, and the judge order him to remain in custody for 21 days or until further order of the court. So far, the state attorney's office has yet to determine whether Fucci will be tried as an adult or not.

I kinda agree but in the same sense you would also have to look at what the Evidence is showing and how they think that he sexually assaulted her. She may have had a part in it too but you never know because you don't know if he'll tell the truth are not.
I think that her killer should be charged as an adult because it was not an accident and also he posted on his Snapchat about her. I think that he probobly did because he did kill her and most people the kill girls tend to sexually assalut them before or after they kill them.

Yes I do, reports say that she was raped and killed. most suspitions say that he was the killer and the rapist. im sure if they test the dna it will match his and they they will be able to put it away for life. I feel like he deserves the maximum sentance becasue of what he did.
Yes, because he acted like an adult so he needs to be tried like adult. he commited adultry so he should be tried as an adult, and he also killed the girl so he should be tried as so. she had alot more life before her that she could have lived out.

I think that he should be charged as an adult. If he commited a murder, I think that he should be charged as an adult. There is no doubt in my mind that he should get more than 7 years in prison for this. He killed a 13 year old. I know that he is young, but so was Tristyn, and if he took her life away from her, then his life can be spent in prison.
Umm. I don't know about the charged as an adult since I don't have enough information to decide that nor the power. I have no opinion on the tried as an adult question. Personally, I think he sexually assualted her, because they found no evidence of her being sexually assualted. I also am unsure since they were best friends why would he kill her? Another question I have is: Why did he ask where she was when in the back of a police car? Is he isane/crazy or framed? That's why without enough information and evidence I can't have a clear look at this case and decide.
I've been seeing this story all over tiktok, and I do believe he should be charged as an adult because just because he killed now doesn't mean he's gonna stop. Its a rage thing that happens in humans. He is an evil teenager who has evil thoughts. I've been hearing that he raped her, which what 14 year old does that. Aiden is an evil man who needs to be locked away, because what if this happens again?
