  • What was done is terrible no question and i feel he should be tried again as adult because he deserves life in prison. And this is just an exuse for young people to keep commiting crime as the punishment is little and theyre seeing this. There could be more to this but i belive its completly unaaceptable.

  • I have not heard much about this case, but for what was stated above it does not sound like Tristyn was sexually assaulted by Fucci. What leaves me wondering about this is why did Fucci do it? If Fucci and Tristyn were good friends why would Fucci kill Tristyn?

  • What he did was so awful. He should most definetly be tried as an adult. I don't think his age should be compensation for his actions. What he did was terrible and wheather he assulted her or not, the blood is on his hands. There is no justification for this; there needs to be a consiquence and the fact that this is contriversal shows just how corrupt our justice system really is.

  • I don't think he should be charged as an adult. We should probably look into heis home life and see if there are any mental health issues going on with him to get the correct verdict. He probably didn't sexually assault Tristyn but he definitely had something to do with their murder.

  • He should be charged as an adult because of how bad the crime was even if he is a minnor. He should be in there for a long time. Not only was posting that on his snapchat disrespectful to his parents, but aslo to her friends. I think that there is evidence that he did do that to her.

    • The change in charges shouldn't change because of the crime but rather because fo the age and state of the accused. Thats the whole point of the law. Also at some point when you murder someone I don't think how disrespectful you are should change your verdict.

  • I think that he should be charged as an audlt. He is a terrible man and he should be facing way more than 7 years in prison. He should be able to get away with only 7 years in prison for murder. She was only a teen and that is very unfair for her and her family.

  • The law is there for a reason if he is not an adult then he can't be charged as so. Cases like this do tend to get on my nerves a bit, but based on the age and sense of maturity I don't think he should be tried as an adult even though most people believe he should. You can never be sure about things like this, but the evidence points towards him so I do believe that he assaulted her.

    • I totally agree. The crime comminted shouldn't matter. Just the person who si comminting the crime. Yes he should obviously do jail time and a lot of it because he did murder her but I don't think he should be trialed differently just because of the severity of his crime.

  • Yes he should most definetly be charged as an adult. His actions are definitly life sentencing. He knew what he did and him wallking with her then not being with her the night she was killed makes it pretty obvious. But she shouldve been smart and not left at 1 in the morning.
