A speeding vehicle hit and killed three girls Friday night, including twins. The children were trick-or-treating in Southern California. All the girls were declared dead at the scene .Witnesses said the driver was speeding, and police are searching for two male suspects who fled on foot. The vehicle, a Honda CRV, was found nearby.

because that when a lot people make bad decision is Halloween. Halloween was the worst night that i dread when living in Texas because people would vandalize your possessions. After trick or treating was done . my Dad and i would put lawn chairs out in our bushes in front lawn. We were trying to protecting used to be our house. we would watch see if anybody would do damage like throwing eggs or come up and smash our flowers. One time we heard a car roll up, couple of people came out it was 1;00 clock in the morning they look like they had a cartoon of eggs and were going to used at my dads truck . My Dad and i jump out" saying hey what are you doing here " cocking are shotgun they didn't say nothing got in their car dove off .During Halloween people should more be respectful to other person belonging and watch and report any violence to police .
because its when little kids go out without their parents and no one is really watching them
Well, it is later in the evening and it is often times rather dark. There are so many children and adults out at this time that it can be very hectic.
Because kids are just running around late at night and a driver may not see them when they are crossing the street. Also they could be kidnapped when it is dark and no one is really around to witness it.
Not seeing the kids while crossing the street they will get run over and not seen if they get kidnapped
Because so much violence and death. theres kids running around with no parental guidance and phycos out there who dont have any guidance through themselves.
Yes their are a lot of crazy people running around on Halloween which is why Halloween is dangerous
I feel it is one of the deadliest nights because of multiple things. One of the bigger reasons is that kids are running around during the afternoon or night. The kids can get ran over by a driver if they aren't careful. Someones a child also may be kidnapped if the parents aren't watching their child closely enough.
Yes they can get run over if not looking and get kidnapped
