A Buffalo wild wings near Boston was left in tragedy yesterday. An employee at the restaurant had put the cleaning agents into a mop bucket, but left the building after smelling the fumes from the cleaning agent. The employee who had ran out of the building, should have at least notified the mangar before even thinking of getting out of the building. Another employee had used the cleaning agent to clean the back of the restaurant. This employee should have smelled the same fumes and should have told his/her mangar as well. I do have sympathy for the family of the employee. That employee had been sent to the hospital but had died due to the chemical. 10 people have already been admitted to the hospital. The restaurant is now closed and has a hazmat team, along with the police and fire departments, investigating into the situation.

Not a great story choice as it led to the types of questions I tell students not to ask. Also, be sure to include personal thoughts within your summary and capitalize key words within your title. You also only replied to student comments one time and that is worth 20 points.
I would be very concerned as to why there was such a strong smell of chemicals coming from the restaurant. I would be very upset if my relative died from this kind of situation. I wouldn't really know how to process it, but I know that I would blame the person who did leave the chemicals out and caused the whole thing to happen.
Well, if were the employee to have first smelled the fumes I would have probably step outside. Then, I would have called my boss or manager to check out the situation before making any rash decisions. Sadly, this employee did not know that the fumes of the cleaning agent were deadly. What I question is why or how did this cleaning agent not get looked before being sent out or if it was due to these employees mixing and cleaning with two different agents?
I would have called 911 and then alert the manager and anyone else that was in the building. I would be outraged and ask why one person doesn't know how to do their job and alert everybody.
I would have notified the boss right away or called the number on the back of the cleening supplies to see if there was a way to dipose of the chemical properly. I would be very sad and at the same time kinda angry because someone wasnt responsible enough to do their job.
I would notify the manager and any other employees or people that were inside the building instead of just saving myself, and leaving them unknowing. I would be sad of course, but I would also be very upset knwoing that someone else was aware of the fumes but did not let them know.
1. - I wouldn't have done anything different, I would've just notified my boss/manager and get out from the building. Fumes or the smell of gas in general doesn't mean anything good really so getting away from the situation was probably wisest.
2. - I would be very sad and disappointed by the fact that you had thought that they had learned what their job required of them. One of those things was hopefully to be safe and to be injured so killed because of your own mistake would be disappointing.
If I was the employee that smelled the fumes I probably would have ignored them because cleaning supplies alway have a strong smell and I probably wouldn't have even thought anything about the fumes. This might have cost me my own life because of not thinking anything about the fumes.
I would feel terrible, knowing that because of the fumes that I neglected, and know I also didn't tell anyone about the cleaning agent and the fumes that could kill someone
I would let the manager know about the fumes and then I would go and open up a door or a window or something to let all of the fumes out. breathing in all of the fumes can be dangerous and can cause damage to your body
