The conspiracy of the illuminati has been around for centuries. Although the illuminati does exist it is definitely not going to take over the world. In 1800 election with Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, Jefferson was accused of trying to bring the new world into tyranny and chaos by his federalist opponents. To the people who sided with the federalist they believed that Jefferson was part of "a world-wide conspiracy to destroy governments, private property, and Christianity...was in league with an elitist group of Europeans known as the Illuminati." They also believed that the illuminati is what brought about the French revolution. Since, Jefferson was an American ambassador to France they made the ridiculous connection.
Now for a but of background on the illuminati and how such a connection could have been jumped to. the illuminati was originally started in todays Germany by a guy named Adam Weishaupt in 1776. During the 1800's in Europe was called the enlightenment or the age of reason which is why they called themselves the illuminati. They also believed that the old government and religion should be replaced by something coming from human reasoning, basically saying that all government, religion, monarchies, and even marriage should be abolished so that there can be true equality, quite a noble cause but its a but like communism a good idea in practice but corrupt in reality. In the 1780's the illuminati merged with the freemasons because they had similar beliefs, the masons being around since the middle ages. A few founding fathers have been free masons like George Washington and Benjamin Franklin, not Jefferson. The illuminati eventually fell apart soon after.
After the merge the French revolution began and thats when people started to make the connection that the illuminati caused the French revolution. Since, Jefferson was the American ambassador in France people made that connection like I said before. Ever sine then more and more people start believing in the crazy theories and making more connections. People have continued to make connections to more politicians and big names in America, like Bush, Carter, Kennedy, Jewish, Communists, Roosevelt, and many more. Although the illuminati was a real group they for sure do not rule the word.

I dont think that the illumunati is real, or aleast I hope its not. I dont't think that it is since at some point in more recent history someone would have had messed up and let something out about it. I think that the founding fathers were not trying to destroy the world since they had just created a new country.

I agree the illuminati is not real and you're right there is no evidence to back their claims up if anything its wrong place wrong time. I agree that the foudning fathers could not have been the ones trying to destroy what they built, it would be like building a modle car then destroying it.
I think that the illuminati isn't real but thats what they want people to think. I think that the illuminati being around back then is hogwash. People weren't very intelligent back then or now for that fact. And I doubt that the founding fathers wanted to destroy the world. So I think those people are crazy
I disagree is 100% real and they are out to get us all. Make sure to wear your tin foil hats and prepare for WW3. I also agree that the foudning fathers are not out for the world and if they were im sure we wouldnt have known about it.
No I do not believe the illuminati is real because theres not enough evidence to prove that they are real. Most evidence are all conspierecy theoreys and false accusations of people. I think that they don't know what they're talking about because jefferson did a lot for America and revolutionized America for what we know today.
I agree, there is definently not enough evidence to say whether or not its real its mostly theories and out dated information. I agree that Jefferson could not have been in something like this; the only thing connecting the two is the french revolution and Jefferson being there at the time.
i thnk it is real since a lot of people talk about it like a lot of artists may have connections with the illuminati. There is also say that they controll the world basically. But who knows since they say that the artists get in contact with the illuminati to get rich or famous.
I agree that its real but artists are definently not apart of it the reason people are talking about it is beacsue if waht happend in the 1800 and their version of evidence back then was he said she said. Ever since then ignorant people kept beliving that its a danger, in reality it was just people with a diffrent mind set that got singled out, and now everyone hooks to it like fish on bait.
