Lamar Jackson has been unstoppable so far this season in the NFL. Even the number 1 defense (Patriots) couldn't slow him down. If he gets any defense in any type of stopping the run. He can beat them in through the air. He has a Michael Vick and Steve Young type of play style. Michael Vick was unstoppable whenever he scrambled and he also had an amazing arm. Steve Young was also the same way. Lamar Jackson is on track to beat the rushing yards in a season by a QB record. And if he keeps this up he could possibly beat Michael Vick's career rushing yards, which is the most all time. But Lamar Jackson is the most difficult QB to have to play this season.

Do you think he'll break those records? if so then why

I think that he will crush those records, He averages 78 yards per game, which is more than most running backs.

Is Lamar Jackson having a MVP type season? if so the why

At this point and time yes. If he keeps this going I think it'll be between Russell Wilson and Lamar

  • Good summary but be sure to use your own title, not the Bleacher Report title. You didn't reply to any student comments which is worth 20 points.

  • It sounds to me like he has a good chance of beating the records since he is on a roll, although I don't know what the record is compared to what he's going now. I agree that it's possible he could get an MVP based on how good he is doing this season.

  • I'm not a real big fan of football, but from what it sounds like Lamar is doing a great job. He sounds like a pretty good football player and he sounds like he is going to go far and do good things for the team. I think he is because he is doing such a great job himself and for the team.

  • I also think that Lamar is having a great season. Not only is his average 78 yards per game(which is more than most running backs) there is a good chance in his future to get an MVP. He might be able to get an MVP because of all the records he could break if he just keeps at it.

  • I think that Lamar Jackson is having an MVP worthy season and I think that he has a good chance to break Michael Vick's records. If he does break that record I think he could earn an MVP award. Also with him averageing 78 yards per game then he will likely get MVP.

  • I think he will break those records. He seems to be having an amazing season and is unstoppable at the moment. If he is on top of his game this season he will likely break those records, If he is not getting stopped by the best defense this season I think he will break theose records.

  • From what I can tell he could very well beat the record but I'm not very in touch with football so I dont know to much. I think so but im not really sure I'm guessing he is based on what I have read.

  • I agree with you that Lamar Jackson will most likely break the records considering how phenomenal he has doing this season. I also think that if Lamar continues to play the way he is playing right now he will most definitely have an MVP type season.

  • 1. - I don't follow football as much as I do other sports, but from my understanding I think he will break records. As you said, he is averaging 78 yds per game which is more than most running backs then I would assume that he is a pretty good player.

    2. - I think so, and ultimately if the Seahawks go to the Super Bowl, he might become the MVP of that game which is pretty impressive.

  • Because I belive he will break many records I also belive he could be an MVP candidate. I belive he has a very good chance of becoming and MVP however the road to becoming MVP is very rogue. Fun fact Lamar Jackson was also MVP in college too.
