Yesterday the NBA player Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and 7 other people crashed in a helicopter. Many people think it was The pilot fault and the weather condition, but actually the pilot received to clearance to fly in worse than normal weather conditions. Shortly before the helicopter crashed Sunday morning, the pilot was approved for what was known as special visual flight rules, according to audio reviewed by The Washington Post and In the recording, the pilot requests to fly under the special weather conditions. I think the weather conditions have the most to say in this crash. The pilot can only do his best but the weather was really foggy. I think the pilot could have called off the flight but on the other hand, he was clearance to fly in worse weather. read more here
Do you think it was the pilots' fault, if so how come?
Do you think the crash could've been prevented and how?

I think that it was the pilot's fault because the conditions were really bad for a helicopter to fly in, and the pilot should have warned them of the potential dangers even though he was qualified for the flight. I think that the crash could have been prevented by simply not allowing the helicopter to fly in such conditions.
It could go both ways, in a way it is the pilots fault because he should have known that it wasn't safe to fly during those weather conditions. The pilot should of called of the flight and nothing could of happened. But we don't really know what happened and what caused the crash.
I think there is no point to find someone to blame for this accident. One thing make me crazy is that the basketball player is the same person as everyone else in this world and lot of people except him died but people care only about him. Shortly I am saying we all going to die and we are all equal and if some rich and popular guy dies it does not mean that only they should be remembered.
No, I don't think it was the pilots fault because they would have told the pilot not to go. If was not anyone's fault, I suppose, I think it's the weathers fault if anything. yes, I think the crash could have been prevented by the people that told the pilot it was okay for him to go, they should of told the pilot to come back or turn around.
I dont think it was the pilots fault because he was given clearance to fly in that weather despite the slightly worse than normal weather because they pilot can only do so much when it is so foggy. I think the crash could have been prevented by just not taking a helicopter or just waited til the weather cleared up
I think that it could go either way, it could be the pilots falt because he knew the weather was going to be bad. Or it could have been the helicopters falt, like engine problems or rotary failure. I think it could have been prevented if he would have just called off the flight.
I think it was the pilots fault because he should’ve known that it wasn’t safe. Even though they said different he still shouldn’t have risked it instead of just doing it another time. I think the flight could’ve been prevented by calling it off or just lowering the helicopter right as their was bad weather. They could’ve made it to the ground safely or maybe just concluding to injury and not death.
I do think it is the pilots fault because he should be expierienced enough to know what type of weather is good to fly in and what weather is not god to fly in even if he was cleared to fly. Also I do think the crash could have been prevented by the pilot calling off the flight.
I think if the pilot was given special weather condition clearence, I dont think it was the pilots fault, because their could have been bad weather and the pilot may not have known about the weather. I think the crash could have been prevented, if their was bad weather, kobe could have not gotten on to the helicopter and would still be around.
