- Buy ready-to-eat snacks
- Leave out one ingredient
- Break between bites
- Have your meals hand delievered (not fast food or pizza places.)
- savor a night time snack
- dress for success
- play video games (not X-box)
- Tinker with your smart phone
- sneak in more steps
- Hit the snooze button
- turn down the thermostate
