The hangin gardens migh of actually been in Nineveh. This is beleived because since 1898 people have been looking in Babylon for any remains and could not find any. Also alexander the grat only went to Babylon two times so how would they have been there if he wasnt there often. The gardens are beleived to be in Nineveh wich is northwest of Iraq. Nineveh was ruined in 612 bc when alexander showed up there around 331 bc. Alexander was also in nineveh a lot more often then Babylon. In ancient writing there is also many old scriptures found that claimed the garden was in nineveh and not in Babylon and there was more trees then flowers and stuff.
Questions
1) Do you think the gardens were in Babylon or Nineveh

While I am glad to see you get this posted, it is brief and you didn't reply to anyone which is worth 30 points. -10 late
After reading your paragraph I could agree that the gardens were not actually in Babylon since the beginning but, there also a lot of evidence that shows that they were there since created, I definitely agree that they would impact today's history if they were in Nineveh.
After what you said, I'm starting to think that the gardens could've actually been in Ninevah rather then Babylon becuase like you said Alexander the Great was in Nineveh more ofteh then Babylon. If it was proven that the gardens were actually in Nineveh rather then Babylon I think it wouldn't impact much history today.
After what you have stated I have come to believe that the hanging gardens were located in nineveh. I believe that if they were still they're and located there it would impact history in having more people come to visit nineveh and bring in more money of the country and the country would continue to grow and more people would end up living there
I would probably guess that the hanging gardens may actually in babylon since Great britain took many things from around the world when they owned most of it. If they were in nineveh it would definitely impact history and take all the tourist there instead of where the hanging garden is now.
After what you said, it is probably more likely the Hanging Gardens are located in Nineveh as it seems to be more believeable and realistic. I also think this from hearing Alexander the Great was there more often than in Babylon. I don't know if this could impact history if the Hanging Gardens were in Nineveh.
From what is said here, I do think that the Hanging Gardens is located in Nineveh. It seems that this is more realistic because Alexander was there more often then he was in Babylon. If it is true that the Hanging Gardens were really located in Nineveh, we don't know how it would impact our history. But only because we don't know the reality of the real location.
From what you have said, I think it is more likley that the Hanging Gardens are located in Nineveh. This seems to be more realistic because Alexander the Great was there far more often than he was in Babylon. If the Hanging Gardens were truly located in Nineveh, I don't know how this would impact history because I do not know how vital the location of the gardens is.
