The DOW Jones is used as a common indicator of how well the stock market is doing, and it diving recently was not a coincedence. As the Coronavirus surges in Italy and Korea, it also surges in China, where many products are made. Due to concerns over the Coronavirus, some factories have been unable to ship/make products as scheduled, affecting companies which affect the stock market. From Shanghai, Seoul, and even Europe, Stock markets have recently taken hits as well. With no cure for the coronavirus in sight yet, many companies state that the closure of factories in China will not allow them to make their profit margins, which will cause the stocks to dip even farther. The rise of the Coronavirus in Europe and South Korea, which are large economies, spark worries about shipments from China, and more actions may be taken as to not cause a worldwide pandemic with the virus.

1: Do you believe the stocks will dip farther, or do you think it'll pop back up considering our recent record highs?
I don't think the stock market is in a great spot at the moment, the DOW Jones has been getting larger and larger faster and faster and, like in the late 1920s, it could crash.
2: Do you think China will work to prevent the virus spreading to factories as to protect their economy and the worlds economy?
I think China will do what they can, but I still think due to the 2 week incubation period of the virus it may already be too late in some areas.

Good topic chocie and well done Kyle. Be sure to reply back on three different days.
If you ask me, unless all the countrys somehow work together to stop this virus, we might have complications later, worst case a stock market crash. China is known to be the biggest exporter of goods, if we don't get items then we won't buy.
No, I don't think that the staock market will pick back up because everytime we know its always going down. Yes, Ithink that they can make something work, but I feel like they should make something happen really fast before the stack market crashes really fast from years from now.
I do think that the markets will pop up eventualy but all good things come to an end in the markets. so i think it will dip for a while then come back up in a few weeks. China will try to but they pry wont be sucsessful since the virus is spreading fast through the world.
It is unclear what the stocks will do because they are constantly changing but it think it might go back up considering how good and high the stocks have been lately. I think China would try to do whatever to stop it from spreading because they don't want to be known for spreading some disease that could potentally dangerous to people around the world
I dont think that the stocks will go down much lower because depressions are in 20 year cycles and once the corona virus starts to fade away people will want to buy things so it will help it come back up fast. i think China will try to keep the virus contained as much as they can to keep it from spreading to other countries.
I dont think the stock market will go back up untill we get a cure for the virus because a lot of things are made in china and if people are to concerned to buy things form china and other countries affected then they will get less sales leading to a bigger dip in the market. I think china will do whatever they can do cure the virus because at the moment it is impacting them a lot financially
Yeah I think the stock market will continue to be strangled until we have a cure, when we get a cure though I believe the stocks will soar right back up.
i think it could go down some more just because of the corona viruse but trump is really do good at keeping it up and helpng the government. i think that chona can try to fix it but there is so many pepole that are in china so it would spred so fast
I think they will dip for a bit just because the coronavirus is affecting thousands right now, and like you said there is a not cure. I think the coronavirus will continue to spread and affect stocks, but hopefully not for long. Like you said I think every country will try and do what they can and help out against this virus.
