texting women face plants into a mall fountain and now is suing.

Cathy Cruz Marrero had fallen into a Pennsylvania mall's fountain while texting.

Marrero's fall had been caught on tape by the mall's security cameras.

On the tape, you can hear the mall Security Guards laughing at her fall..

They did not go to help her, or ask if she was okay.

Marrero is now suing the mall because she said she could have been seriously injured and nobody did anything about it.

She went to a near-by store and told an employee that she had fallen in the fountain, and the employee helped her.

Yeah I agree that they should've helped her out no matter how funny it might have been. But it also kind of serves her right for texting instead of paying attention to what she was doing. I'm interested to see how that case turns out.

That's hilarious. I'm pretty sure most people would laugh. It's her own fault for not paying attention to where she was walking.

i would have laughed. thats what u get from texting and not paying attention. still no reason to sue.

That's hilarious! I don't see why should sue... It's not that big of a deal, she's not hurt... walk it off.

Oh my gosh!!! I laughed so hard when I watched this!! haha, I was partly laughing at the woman falling and then I laughed at the laughing of the security guards!! hilarious...i'd say she got what she deserved, she needs to be paying attention to where she's going rather than paying more attention to her phone. the suing is NOT necessary....

watching someone fall into a fountain because they're dumb: Priceless.
Being sued by said dummy: Ridiculous.
