Texas High-School Student Suspended?

Kyler Robertson was suspended from his high school because his eyes were blood shot which led officials to believe he had been smoking pot.

 

The reality was that he had been cry over his fathers murder just to days earlier. He was invited back to school after a drug test.

 

This just makes me think our world is just a bit too tough on people. What do you think?

man if that would of happen to me i would of sued who ever thought of that accusation an agreed to it

that's so stupid, a few of us in my sociolgy class were talking about that the school cant do random drug pee tests and some other things, you cant just kick some one out of school cause they look high

that is messed up they didn't even ask him to take a test or ask him what he had been doing.

did the school know his dad got murdered before they suspended him? and i think before they jumped to those kind of conclusions they should have done the drug test. you know, before he got suspended. they could have let him explain first at least.

How stupid... You can't just assume someone does drugs, because their eyes are red.. this is ridiculous. I wouldn't wanna go back to that school after because accused of doing drugs.
