A ten year old boy is now being charged as an adult. The 10 year old said i killed that lady. The mother told the cops that she has had issues with him before. The mother said that he has some mental issues with him. He said that he just wanted to hurt her after she yelled at him but he put her cane around her neck and punched her a few times but he ended up killing her.

He said he just wanted to hurt her but then i think he thought he was still hurting her but he ended up killing her.
He probally was not planning on hurting her, but since he has mental issues he did not know when to stop.
When he goes to jail he should have for life in there or better yet do it to him see how he likes it i know hes only 10 and he has mental issues but that is not an excuse to kill an old lady.
I don't think he meant to kill her, he was just angry. He didn't realize what he was doing, especially if he has mental issues.
I think that he didn't mean to kill her but it happened because of action that he did that were still wrong either way.

He killed her because of his disability he doesn't understand how death works and i think he is a danger to himself and others
