The teen was captured two years ago when she was 15 and has been beaten and sexually abused for the past two years she also has a two year old son now as well. She had finally escaped and got to the police to report what happened. The police got a swat team to go into the house to get the 24-year-old man and her baby.

Didn't someone notice she was missing? I find it sad that no one bothered to find her for two years, they just marked her down as missing. it's stuff like that that makes this stuff possible
wow, thank gosh she finally got away! Its so crazy the sickening things people do these days. I am happy that she was about to get away and report it to the police.
After reading this article it is appearent to me that the girl was suffering some sort of stockholm syndrome. People having this syndrome feel like there captors and them have a relationship and are often reluctant to find help even if it is available. Stockholm syndom is futher described at this website:

if it was stockholm syndrome she wouldn't have tried to leave multiple times or finally escaped
Thats just wrong and sad. Makes no sence how a person could treat someone like that. Good thing she finally got away and they got the man too.
This is horrible! It scares me for the future generations! Times are getting worse and worse! This poor teen has been locked up for the past two years of her life and was pushed to do things she obvously did not want to. The nerve of some people! This poor girl was 15 years old. I am 15, and to think to be locked up for two years agianst my will, and have a kid. Those two years, this girl will never be able to get back.
That is awful. This man and his mother had sick minds. I feel bad for the girl, and her family who probably thought she was dead. But I'm glad that she was able to get out.
this is really similar to the Jaycee Dugard story where she was kidnapped and living in a back yard for 18 years. She had two kids during that time without any medical help. I read the book she wrote and she said that when you're there for so long and have no one to talk to, your kidnapper becomes your only friend.
