March 22nd a Fort Carson son was killed playing the all famous 'choking game'. Luie age 13, son of Kristina Fields was found unresponsive with a belt around his neck in the public middle school bathroom. Luie asked his teacher to go to the bathroom, but oddly enough asked a friend to go with him. In the bathroom later that day was found. Luie 'butt dialed' his mother and left her a voice mail of the whole activity. The authorities jumped to the conclusion that he was being bullied in school and committed suicide. His mother knows otherwise, she listened to the voice mail and heard him talking to his friends saying how the game works. The choking game is a very dangerous game that is played to get high for a very short amount of time. You put a belt around you neck and strangle yourself and right on the break off passing out you take the belt off and get the feeling that you are high or having a rush. But if you play it alone you have the risk of not making to to take it off. Kristina is raising awareness to all parents across the nation that parents should be watching out for their kids.
This story blows my mind, how he 'butt dialed' his mother right as he was talking to his friend about it. How the authorities thing he was being bullied and committed suicide but his mother knows different and knows he was killed playing that game and is going to fight for what she believes in.

Suicide from bulling may be a popular conclusion, but a mothers instincts are usually right. Quite the shocker, I personally wouldn't want to play a game that puts my life on the line. People should wise up to these sort of things, were their lives are put in danger for the sake of getting a rush.
No one should put themselves at that kind of risk knowing the outcome. This needs to be stopped before more kids start doing this.
I don't get why kids would be playing near death games. It seems like he committed suicide, since he put the belt around his own neck and he was strangling himself.
This is sad. I think the kid shouldn't have played that game, it's very dangerous. I would feel terrible to hear my own kid dying, and have no way to get to him quick enough.
I think maybe he didn't want to play the game, and dialed his mother just in case something went wrong.
His mother didn't answer when he was playing it.
Well that is probably the dumbest game I've ever heard of. I think that parents should be getting warned about this before it happens to other people.
Oh My God..... what kind of sick game is that... wow thats just plane stupid... like come on cant kids find something better and safer to think of and do for entertainment.. i hope because of the death of this student, his fellow classmate and friends and people everywhere learn from it and wont continue to play this ridicules game
The game is obviously stupid and i don't know why someone would want to be close to death to get a rush. people should watch out and understand how dumb the game is.
