'Tebowing' is the act of kneeling in prayer during an athletic contest

Yes. "Tebowing" is officially a real word. Before ESPN started using the term ALL THE TIME the people who decide what words are official and what not were planning on putting it in for a potential word... and it passed. I am sure you'll be able to find it in the next edition of the dictionaries.     I think that's so stupid. Really? It's just as stupid as planking. Which is really really stupid. haha. And really, I don't think there were as many Broncos fans last year as their is this year. Our world is seriously getting dumber..

    I dont agree with it going into the dictionary because like 6Joe said. Danial Tosh's definition of it is better.

    That is  stupid! All he is doing is praying...I could do that in church and they wouldn't call that tebowing...they would call it praying. He is just a quarter back that believes in god and that god is on his side.

    I think all the coincidences that are happening with him are very weird. Apparently in college his face paint said "John 3:16". His total throwing yards for the past game was 316. And he averaged 31.6 per completion....hmmm....

    I don't think it deserves to be in the dictionary because after this season or even next, no one will ever use the word & everyone will have forgotten about him & his "tebowing!"

    Daniel Tosh's definition of Tebowing is more agreeable. Kneeling after you do something horrible, wrong or make a mistake. Because that's what Tebow represents, being horrible.
