teachers in Tacoma, Washington defied a court order. The strike is still on forcing the district to cancel classes for 28000 students who have had no school the past week. A Washington judge issued a restraining order on wednesday the 14 and gave an order for the schools to reopen immediately after the district took the teachers who started and continued the strike and the Tacoma Education Association to court. Any thoughts on this?

it's good they are fighting for what they believe in, but do they really need to stop school over a contract? i don't think so. though those kids are lucky they don't have school, though they're probably going to have to extend the school year. :/
