Syria accused of torture

New photos shown in the link show dead bodies of former Syrian government prisoners. That appear to be tortured and beaten half to death. Most of the men looked to be between the ages of 20 years old to 40 years old. This may make Obama look bad because he said "There isn't any torture or wrongful killing going on in the regime. Syria accused of torture

How do you think Syria will reacted to this claim?

  • I'm not sure how they will react to this.  Hopefully the cause of this is discovered.  It is sad for the people who got tortured because they might have been innocent.

  • Syria hates the US enough already. We just need to mind our own business, the Syria will take care of itself. If it's really that bad over there, an uprising will occur at some point and eventually (I'm thinking like quite a few decades in the future..), things will be okay over there.

  • They will probably deny that they tortured anyone. I can see them actually torturing these people.

  • It is horrible that they would do something like this to people. I believe that the insider that sneaked the bodies out of the prison was doing the right thing by exposing the terrible things that they were doing. I think that Syria will come up with some excuse or something.

  • This is terrible. Syria will probably deny it. They shouldn't have done this. Even if the prisons were crowded, they shouldn't have done this.

  • I think the people of Syria will not react well to this claim. Their government claims to be fair. However, they are lying to the people. I think even our country will not go over well with this either because of Obama "lying".

  • I think it is just horrible to be killing people that were imprisoned to begin with. Accusing another country of doing bad things, will definitely not go over very well with the country, and that is how I think they will react.
