In recent news a 7 year old boy was suspended from school for playing a game with his friend. The kids were in second grade and were pointing a pencil at each other making gun noises, and then a teacher that was concerned called them to the principal’s office. Apparently dew to the schools policy to not allow any thing that resembles a gun the boy would be suspended.
I think that this I crap and they over reacted I have done the same thin several times.
What are your views?

Two words. Stupid Teachers. even thought they were making gun noises they were just having fun and there are video games where you get a gun and you just shoot darts
That stinks for the little boys that were trying to play a game! but i can see where that could be bad!
the teacher and the school shouldn't overreact like that! kids are just kids and i bet the principal and the teacher did dumb stuff like that when they were younger.
They were using pencils, ad he is 7? I don't think he would shoot up the school. But better safe than sorry.
That is over reacted, the kids were 7 years old, its not like they are going to actually bring a gun to school, it is expected to have kids play war games, look all around there is so much about guns, they know that they cant have a real gun, because it is dangerous, so they pretend.
That's crazy and he shouldn't have been suspended for just playing. The little boy probably grew up knowing what was going on since there has been a lot of shootings.
Umm yah this was a serious case of over reacting. What are they going to do ban pencils... in a school?
Punishing a 7 year old for pretending he had a gun... What has the world come to?
that's ridiculous. Who doesn't play guns in elementary school, it's not going actually result in a shooting they're SEVEN.
