On Sunday, February 2nd, the day of Super Bowl LIV a young 24-year old man named Frank Rojas was shot and killed over debating who would win the Super Bowl LIV. The young man was visiting family and friends in Fresno, California. All of them were just gonna have a nice barbecue in the front yard while watching the game until a homeless man approached them. Rojos supposedly got into an argument with the homeless man on who was gonna win, both of which rooting for different teams. The fight was short because the homless man, allegedly in his 30's or 40's took out a "makeshift gun" and shot Rojos. The homeless man then tossed the gun nearby and took off on foot attempting an escape. However, he was apprenhended quickly after the shooting. Rojos was taken to the hospital as soon as possible but was pronouced dead shortly after.
Would you get into a fight over something like that with a random homeless man?
I definitly would not try to argue with an old homeless man over anything, and after finding out about this, I most likely won't be arguing with anyone over who will win any of the super bowls honestly.
What would you have done if you were one of the family members in that situation?
I'd like to believe that if I had a family member fighting with a homeless man in my front yard that I would try to stop the whole conflict before anything bad happened.

I agree, I would not argue with an old homeless man at all, and I would try to aurgue with anyone because it is just a waste of time and nothing will be acomplished. I would had saw what was going on and then I would try to help or call the cops.
I think it is dumb to argue over who is gonna win the super bowl. I can see just a friendly or funny argument but getting intio it and getting shot is not worth it. If my family member was in a argument in my front lawn with a homeless man, i would go stop the argument and tell them its not worth it and then politeley ask the man to leave.
I wouldn't argue on who is going to win the Superbowl because you really don't know who is going to win anyways so if you argue over something because you want another team to win and they don't you just got in a fight over nothing. If my family members were in that I might have told them both to calm down before someone got hurt.
I wouldn't fight over something like this with anyone. There's no point to it. And look what happened here, someone died because they were arguing with some guy off the streets and got shot. If this were my family I would try to stop the fight.
If a random homeless guy would walk up to me, I would just walk away and I wouldn't even talk to him. I would definitely not have a fight with him because that would be scary. If my family member was in that situation, I would tell him to stop arguing with the homeless man.If the homeless man shot my family, I would definitely run after him and be so angry.
No I don't think I would arguee with a homeless man about anything, I don't trust much of them, I guess it depends on how they act when talking to one about the subject. If I had saw one of my family members argueing I would try to figure out what was going on and then decide if it was worth fighting over and probably try to split it up. There's no need to argue over something like that, that could go eather way.
No because I wouldn't began to fight with someone I don't know and I wouldn't make it a big deal. If I fight because of something like that it would be a friendly fight and wouldn't make it serious. If I were one of the family members then I would've called 911 and try to help the person that got shot.
I would not go into that kind of fight because I am basically not too interested in sports or teams. I think sport should be there to entertain and not to convince fights. I think in that kind of situation you really can not do much; I probably would try to calm everyone down.
no becasue whata the point the dude has nothing esle to loose why whould there even be a argument like when i see a homless person i give them a water or even sum food.. i wouldnt need to get in a fight football is for intertainment not for hostility. i'd be upset becase someone was actting out over a football game id want him to serve time in the pin.
